Few days later another Palestinian citizen requested the same manager for a loan amounting to 60,000.--, the manager replied to him there is no problem provided he gets a guarantee from a land owner, he asked the manager whom he suggests, the reply was the same Mr. F. Abu Khadra; so the man went to Abu Kahadra to guarantee him. The latter took the second man to the bank and asked the manager how come he accepts his guarantee for PL 60,000 and he refuses to give him a loan of simply 3,000.--? The manager replied we have orders from the British mandate authorities to do so, meaning if the guaranteed failed to pay back the loan the guarantor land will be confiscated and auctioned and in most case it will be sold to Jews!!!!
